To get faustian contracts, you need to roll traitor chaplain and buy it for 7 TC. It'll spawn a briefcase with pens and contracts inside, the former having their damage scale with amount of souls. To gain new contracts you can use your ability to spawn new ones in exchange of souls.

Pens and the Briefcase have their damage scale with amount of souls, and at 10 souls; the briefcase gains the hulk/wrestler backfist. Obtainment

To get faustian contracts, you need to roll traitor chaplain and buy it for 8 TC. It'll spawn a briefcase with pens and contracts inside.
