First and most important part, wait for a merchant shuttle to dock! sadly, this is RNG and may not even happen in a round but, when it does happen you will need to: Get a friend, get a mechanical analyzer, scan a cargo pad, grab a soldering iron and cargo transporter, print the cargo pad, build the blueprint on the merchant shuttle and examine it to see its number, then wait for it to depart to CentComm, then you'll want to get a crate, crawl into it and have a friend close the crate and send you to the cargo pad you made. Boom! you're at CentComm, you can always go back home by using the PortASci.

Central Command! also known as CentComm, it's the home of the admins and where the escape and merchant shuttles depart and arrive at. Spoilers ahead! uncollapse stuff at your own risk.
